An educated transgender woman goes on a killing spree in the fullest carnage mode after a politician kills her whole family brutally. That's what I thought I'd be witnessing in the film Haddi. Sadly that wasn't the case. As much as I liked the trailer, the film was a total disappointment for me. Nawazuddin Siddiqui as a brutal bloodthirsty transgender woman seeking her revenge was good enough to hook me in. But the making made a total letdown. The non-linear storyline was confusing and incomplete. Lead's performances were good enough but some sides were huge misfits. Although I liked the chemistry between Nawaz and Mohammed Zeeshan Ayyub, but felt like they could have been better. Anurag Kashyap as a cold and goofy politician was convincing enough. And after everything what really disappointed me that the fact that the greatness this film could have achieved with a little bit more mature making. They try to hide the necessary violent shots...
